New Zealand:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.  Please visit their website once you have this information to query your delivery.  

If you do not have your track and trace information yet, please contact us.

Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the Post Haste Couriers website once you receive your tracking email.  

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

All rural deliveries are non-signature. They will get delivered within 48 hours of the tracking status showing ‘Delivered’. 

Made to order items may take up to 1-2 weeks. Please message if you need to discuss times.

Pick ups: If you live local and wish to pick up your order from our Mount Maunganui address, you're welcome too. Please message to discuss or use code at the top of the homepage. Once we've received your order, I'll send our pick up address and we can organise a time to do this.

NB: if you select the pick up option and do not wish to pick up, your order won't be sent till shipping has been paid for.

Australia:

Flat rate of $34nz to Australia for NZ Post courier.

This is for medium sized parcel, at this stage we are not shipping large parcels to Australia. 

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.

Please check before placing an order that importation items of driftwood, antlers, cane, dried flowers are not prohibited in your country of residence. I will not be held responsible or issue a refund in the event of your purchase being confiscated.

Please note that while we do our best to get your order to you on time this can sometimes be out of our control. We can not be held responsible for the Courier not delivering your order on time. This is in the couriers terms and conditions. An email with your tracking information is sent to your email once your order is dispatched and you can track it's progress from there.

Terms & conditions:

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges if:

-The item has arrived damaged and we are contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Items are to be shipped back to us in protective packaging within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns if:

-You have changed your mind about the item.

When your item arrives:

Due to your item being firmly packaged, folds or kinks may appear on your hanging. Simply and gently straighten out using your fingers. Some of the tassels and fringing may need a light brush with a fine tooth comb.
